In Loving Memory ~

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful mom Marie Roon. She passed peacefully on September 26, 2024 at Prince George Rotary Hospice House, surrounded by the love of her family.

A devoted sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Marie's greatest pride was her family. Whether she was preparing Sunday dinner or knitting/crocheting sweaters and blankets for her family and friends, she cared for and nurtured everyone around her.

Predeceased by her loving husband Kevin and her brother Doug.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Richard ( Shelly) ,James (Debbie), Julie (Graham) ,Renae (Loren) her brother Dennis(Colleen) and sister Susan (Tom). Her 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren as well as many other family and friends.

Marie will be deeply missed and will be in our hearts forever.

Now reunited with Dad (Kevin) by your side you can dance in the stars. Rest in peace mom you will be forever missed.

A warm thank to the staff at Gateway Complex Care unit, for the three years of exceptional care you provided to our mom.
