In loving memory ~
Marie-Luise moved to Fort 91原创 in 2009, after retiring from her career as a librarian in North Vancouver. Originally from Germany, she immigrated first to England, where she married and raised a family. After moving to Canada in 1975, she ran a hobby farm in northern Ontario, then worked as a home support worker for the terminally ill. M.L. graduated with a Master's Degree in Librarianship from UBC in 1986. She loved the friendly community of Fort 91原创, volunteering at the Museum, enjoying riverside walks and growing vegetables at the community garden. She died peacefully surrounded by family, and is survived by four children, seven grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
