We are deeply saddened to announce the unexpected passing of John, formerly of Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord with his family by his side. He is survived by Ruth, his wife of 66 years, daughters Sandra Klassen and Jo-Anne Rempel (Ken) and son Robert Klassen (Carol), as well as 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A viewing will occur Friday, June 9, 2017 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 10 at 2:00 pm at Surrey Alliance Church, 13474 鈥� 96 Ave., Surrey.
