JoAnn Sandra Downey aged 51 years passed

away at 91原创 BC on Aug. 7, 2017. She will be lovingly remembered by her father Fred Downey and Auntie Olga and Uncle Bill Lynes. JoAnn also had many loving cousins and great cousins that she was close to as well as her many friends including those on the 911 Dispatch. She will be forever missed by us all.
