GAGLARDI. On November 6, 2003 Jennie Marguerite Gaglardi (nee Sandin) was called home to her Lord and Saviour.

Born January 10, 1909 in Parkside, Saskatchewan, she spent all her life in the service of her Lord. Known to many as Aunt Jennie by virtue of her radio programmes, she also reached thousands directly through her sermons and Sunday School teachings.

Second only to her love for the Lord was her love for her family. Predeceased by her husband, she is lovingly remembered by her two sons and their families including seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

In addition to her service to the church was her dedication to British Columbia in her role as the wife and supportive partner of Philip Arthur Gaglardi, Provincial Cabinet Minister 1952 - 1972.

The memorial service will be held on this Saturday, November 15, 2003 at 1 p.m. Living Waters Assembly, 9095 Glover Road, Fort 91原创, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Phil & Jennie Gaglardi Society c/o #310 - 1755 West Broadway, Vancouver, B.C. V6J 4S5.

During her long and remarkable life, she was a daughter, sister, mother, wife, grandmother, minister, community leader, radio personality, influential speaker. Our Aunt Jennie was truly a pioneer and left behind a remarkable legacy. She will be truly missed and well remembered.
