Janice passed away suddenly in 91原创, BC, on Monday, December 4th. Beloved daughter of Jack and Margaret Lee - sister to Justin. A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, December 11 at 11:00 a.m. at the North 91原创 Community Church, 21015 96th Ave, 91原创, BC V1M 2Z3. 604-888-0442. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Adolescent Psychiatric Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital - cheques made out to SMH Foundation with a note attached specifying it to be directed to the Adolescent Psychiatric Unit.
