KOFFMAN, Georgian, passed away at 91原创 Memorial Hospital on January 10, 2003 after a long battle with Cancer.


Survived by her loving husband Sydney, daughter Sherry Blackmore, son Frankie Juhan, son-in-law Dr. Richard Blackmore and grandchildren Nicole and Richie, also survived by Dr. Brian Koffman and family of California.


She will be sadly missed by all of her friends who were touched with her loving and caring personality.
