NEWCOMB, George Edgar of 91原创, passed away peacefully into the presence of the Lord on January 2, 2004. He was born June 14, 1914, in St. John, NB.

He is survived by his former wife Beulah Newcomb of 91原创, BC; 4 children Barbara (Gordon) White of California, Elizabeth (John) Anonby of 91原创, BC, Audley (Sandy) Newcomb of Prince George, BC, Elden (Isabel) Newcomb of Cobourg, ON; 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 sister Gertrude Porter of Moncton, NB, 3 nieces Charlotte Lowe, Joan (Bill) Steeves and Marsha (Rick) Frans.

He worked as stationary engineer from 1941 - 1984 spending 17 years with the R.C.A.F. and in civilian life latterly.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Christian Life Assembly, 21277 - 56th Ave., 91原创, BC. Flowers are gratefully declined in favour of donation to Wycliffe Bible Translators, Mambay Project. The family wishes to extend their appreciation to Dr. Bacchus and staff at 91原创 Memorial Hospital.
