Frances is survived by her loving and devoted husband William, her daughters Vicki (Donnie) and Sheri (Brian), her grandchildren Cheryl, Victor and Mark, and her great-grandchildren Roman, Tristan, Winter, Quinn and Cash. She was pre-deceased by her grandson, Clayton.

Frances will be forever remembered as a passionate gardener. She was most happy while tending to her flowers, vegetables and shrubs. Her passion for gardening was only overshadowed by the talent she had in the kitchen.

Frances was a wonderful cook who enjoyed sharing that passion with her friends and family. She loved animals and always had a family dog by her side. Frances spent her childhood riding horses, a love she passed on to each generation of her family.

A vibrant and commanding personality, Frances will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
