LACHLAN, Dorothy May (nee Stevens, born August 9, 1914 passed away January 2, 2003 in 91原创, B.C.
She grew up at the Fisher River Missions Post to the Cree Indians in Manitoba. She is survived by her son, Roderick (Jane); grandchildren, Amanda (Peter) Francis, Sarah (Paolo) Galina; her brother Fred (Helen) Stevens and many nephews and nieces. She will be remembered for her love of humanity, animals, nature and her great literary skills. Now that she is at home with the Lord, she is fully at peace.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2003 at 2:30 at the parish of St. George's, 9160 Church Street, Fort 91原创, B.C. For those desiring, donations may be made to the B.C. Cancer Foundation.
