PEET, David Rupert - born April 16, 1927 in Peat, Alberta, the 13th of 15 children born to Wm. John and Ada Graham Peet, pioneers form Lancashire, England.

The family moved to the Fraser Valley around 1948 and soon after bought a farm near Cloverdale. In 1954 David married the love of his love Connie Chamberlin and moved into her family home in 91原创, where he resided until his death on May 4, 2006.

Dad was a jack of all trades but worked mostly as a self employed carpenter.

He is survived by his children Zellie (Cam), Howard (Maureen), Terry (Tracey), Marilyn (John) and Rodney; his grandchildren Lisa, Jeremy, David, Mandi and Josh and great granddaughter Sarah; sisters Frances (Bill) and Alice (Ove); brother-in-law William; sisters-in-law Pearl (Vern) and Mina; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends of all ages.

David was predeceased by his wife Connie in 1985; grandson Matthew Kaszonyi in 1988; his parents and 12 brothers and sisters.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 11 at 1:00 p.m. at Henderson's Funeral Home, 20786 Fraser Highway, 91原创.
