WHITE, Daniel Lewis, after a brief illness, passed away at 91原创 Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, March 26, 2003, aged 76 years. Predeceased by his ex-wife, Gertrude, Dan is survived by his children, Richard "Dick" White and Elaine "Taz" Allison. He also leaves his grandchildren, Jayme and Ryan Allison as well as his many friends. At Dan's request no formal service will be held, but for those desiring, donations made in his memory to the B.C.
