CHAPLIN, Charles Warren, born in New Westminster on June 5, 1928 passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 16, 2003 after a long courageous fight. He was a kind and patient husband, loving Dad and Granddad, wonderful friend and neighbor. He served 30 years as a postman in the Kerrisdale area. His passions were his family, puttering in his wood workshop and camping. Charles is survived by his devoted wife Norma; children Terry (Bob), Julie (Mike), Bruce (Michele) and "adopted" son Courtney (Lisa). He will be long remembered by his grandchildren Rachel, Shelagh, Kyle, Corey and Derek along with numerous family members and friends.
