Proposed Zoning Changes: Various Bylaws

Notice is hereby given that the Township of 91原创 Council will meet and hold a Public Hearing.

At the Public Hearing, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaws shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaws that are the subject of the hearing.

Purpose: Bylaw No. 5964 proposes to amend the Yorkson Neighbourhood Plan by changing the unit mix provisions of the site鈥檚 Single Family Mixed Residential designation. Bylaw No. 5965 proposes to rezone property from Suburban Residential Zone SR-2 and Residential Compact Lot Zone R-CL to Residential Zone R-1A and Residential Compact Lot Zones R-CL(A), R-CL(B), R-CL(RH) and R-CL(SD) for development of 28 single family lots, 18 rowhouse lots and 10 semi-detached lots. A development variance permit to vary the minimum front lot line setback from 6.0 m to 2.5 m for four R-1A lots is being considered in conjunction with these bylaws.

And take further notice that a copy of Township of 91原创 Bylaw Nos. 5964, 5965, 6007, 6008, 6009 and 6010; Development Variance Permit No. 100157; and relevant background material may be inspected between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from May 30 to June 10, both inclusive, at the Community Development Division Development Services counter, 2nd floor, Township of 91原创 Civic Facility, 20338 鈥 65 Avenue, or online at .
