Notice is hereby given that the Township of 91原创 Council will meet at the Monday, June 10, 2024 Regular Council meeting starting at 1:30pm and consider the following proposed bylaws for first, second and third reading. Watch online at .

Bylaw No. 6020 proposes to amend the Township of 91原创 Zoning Bylaw 1987 No. 2500 to reflect changes to the Local Government Act incorporating small-scale multi-unit housing as per Bill 44. The Province of British Columbia gave Royal Assent to Bill 44 on December 7, 2023. Bill 44 amends the Local Government Act to require municipalities to permit at least two to six dwelling units on single-detached and duplex lots depending on certain criteria. Municipalities have until June 30, 2024 to amend Zoning Bylaws accordingly.
