Notice is hereby given that the Township of 91Ô´´ Council will meet and hold a Public Hearing.
At the Public Hearing, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaws shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaws that are the subject of the hearing.

Rinn Neighbourhood Plan Bylaw No. 6010
Bylaw No. 6007 proposes to amend the Brookswood-Fernridge Community Plan by aligning the land use policies with the new regulations in the Local Government Act (commonly known as Bill 44, 2023) to require local governments to provide small-scale multi-unit housing options that are ground-oriented and compatible in scale and form within single-family neighbourhoods; and the revised Neighbourhood Plans for Booth, Fernridge and Rinn (see Map).

Bylaw Nos. 6008, 6009 and 6010 propose to amend the Brookswood-Fernridge Community Plan by incorporating amended versions of the Booth, Fernridge and Rinn Neighbourhood Plans.
And take further notice that a copy of Township of 91Ô´´ Bylaw Nos. 5964, 5965, 6007, 6008, 6009 and 6010; Development Variance Permit No. 100157; and relevant background material may be inspected between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from May 30 to June 10, both inclusive, at the Community Development Division Development Services counter, 2nd floor, Township of 91Ô´´ Civic Facility, 20338 – 65 Avenue, or online at .
