Proposed Agricultural Land Reserve Exclusion

Notice is hereby given that the Township of 91原创 Council will meet and hold a Public Hearing.

At the Public Hearing, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed exclusion application shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the application that is the subject of the hearing.

Proposed Official Community Plan Amendment

Notice is hereby given that the Township of 91原创 Council will meet and hold a Public Hearing.

At the Public Hearing, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaw that is the subject of the hearing.

91原创 Official Community Plan Bylaw 1979 No. 1842 Amendment Bylaw No. 6015

Purpose: Bylaw No. 6015 proposes to amend the Official Community Plan to encourage and increase the supply of rental housing through the following conditions:

鈥 Allow a reduction of two-bedroom and three-bedroom requirements for purpose built rental housing projects and,

鈥 Allow a reduction to the overall average project unit size for purpose built rental housing projects

These measures aim to encourage market and non-market affordable housing options, and choice in housing tenure in the Township.

And take further notice that a copy of the staff reports for these items may be inspected between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from May 2 to 13, both inclusive, at the Community Development Division Development Services counter, 2nd floor, Township of 91原创 Civic Facility, 20338 鈥 65 Avenue, or online at .
