Notice of Public Hearing - Proposed Zoning Changes - Bylaw Nos. 5936 and 5937

Notice is hereby given that the Township of 91原创 Council will meet and hold a Public Hearing. At the Public Hearing, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaws shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaws that are the subject of the hearing.

Purpose: Bylaw No. 5936 proposes to amend the Gloucester Industrial Park Community Plan to include a 鈥渓icensee retail store鈥 in the Service Commercial Use land use designation on a site-specific basis for property at 26426 鈥 56 Avenue. Bylaw No. 5937 proposes to amend Service Commercial Zone C-3 by adding 鈥渓icensee retail store鈥 (retail liquor store) as a site-specific permitted use for the subject property.
