NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of 91Ô­´´ Council will meet at the Monday, June 12, 2023 Regular Council Meeting and consider the following proposed bylaws for first, second and third reading

PURPOSE: Bylaw No. 5894 proposes to rezone property from Suburban Residential Zone SR-2 to Residential Zone R-1A and Residential Compact Lot Zones R-CL(A), R-CL(RH) and R-CL(SD) for development 27 single family lots, 8 rowhouse lots and 14 semidetached lots.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of Township of 91Ô­´´ Bylaw Nos. 5874, 5876, 5892 and 5894; Development Permit No. 100896; and relevant background material may be inspected between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from June 1 to 12, both inclusive, at the Community Development Division Development Services Counter, 2nd floor, Township of 91Ô­´´ Civic Facility, 20338 – 65 Avenue, or online at .

Comments may be submitted to legservicesinfo@tol.ca by 12:00 noon on Monday, June 12, 2023 and will be distributed to Council prior to the meeting.
