PURPOSE: Bylaw No. 5874 proposes to rezone property from Suburban Residential Zone SR-2 to Comprehensive Development Zone CD-182 and Community Commercial Zone C-2 for development of 37 townhouses and three 3-storey mixed-use buildings with ground-floor commercial space and 60 apartment units. A development permit is being considered in conjunction with this bylaw.
