Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of 91原创 will hold a Public Hearing by electronic means to receive representations with respect to the following proposed bylaw:
1) Bylaw No. 3221 鈥 Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 190 and Development Permit No. 07-22
Purpose: To amend City of 91原创 Zoning Bylaw to rezone the properties located at 5302 200 Street, 20030 53A Avenue, & 20011-20031 53 Avenue (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RS1 Single Family Residential Zone to the CD86 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 6-storey, 84-unit apartment development.
Legal Description: Lots 301, 312, 313, 314, 315, District Lot 305, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 42983
The proposed bylaw may be inspected online at or in person at the Development Services department at 91原创 City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent.

V3A 4B3 or by e-mail to councilmeetings@langleycity.ca and should be received by no later than 12:00pm on the day of the Public Hearing.
