AT THE PUBLIC HEARING, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaws shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaws that are the subject of the hearing.

PURPOSE: Bylaw No. 5843 proposes to amend the Yorkson Neighbourhood Plan by amending the permitted housing mix and types within the Mixed Residential land use designation. Bylaw No. 5844 proposes to rezone a portion of property from Suburban Residential Zone SR-2 to Comprehensive Development Zone CD-77 and Residential Compact Lot Zones R-CL(A), R-CL(RH) and R-CL(SD) for development of 151 townhouses, 1 single family lot, 3 rowhouse lots and 4 semi-detached lots.
A streamside protection development permit is being considered in conjunction with these bylaws.
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of Township of 91原创 Bylaw Nos. 5843, 5844, 5882, 5883, 5885, 5886, 5890 and 5891; Development Permit No. 101239; and relevant background material may be inspected between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from June 1 to 12, both inclusive, at the Community Development Division Development Services Counter, 2nd floor, Township of 91原创 Civic Facility, 20338 - 65 Avenue, or online at .
