NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of 91原创 will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, 91原创 City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, 91原创, BC at 7:00pm on Monday, July 24, 2023 to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaw amendments:
1. Bylaw No. 3250 鈥� Zoning Bylaw Amendment No. 194 and Development Permit No. 01-23
Purpose: To amend the City of 91原创 Zoning Bylaw to rezone the properties located at 20214 and 20224 54A Avenue (outlined in bold on the map below) from the RM1 Multiple Residential Low Density Zone to the CD89 Comprehensive Development Zone to accommodate a 6-storey, 75-unit apartment development.
