New Westminster police say a woman was found dead "under suspicious circumstances" Tuesday.
Police were called to the 1400-block of Salter Street for a report of a sudden death on Sept. 24 around 5 p.m. A 38-year-old woman was found dead.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has taken over the investigation, and is working with the New Westminster Police Department's major crime unit.
Police are still gathering evidence, but no further information will be provided at this time.
