University of the Fraser Valley political science professor Hamish Telford says he鈥檒l be closely watching returns from Vancouver Island and Surrey for indications of who may form the next government in British Columbia.
In Abbotsford, he says it鈥檚 unclear if the fact two NDP candidates did little to no campaigning here will have any effect on vote totals.
