Police are investigating a 鈥渟uspicious death鈥� after a body was found in a vehicle in Newton on Sunday morning.
The Surrey RCMP and Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) are on the case to 鈥渄etermine the circumstances of the death and if criminality was a factor,鈥� Surrey RCMP Const. Parmbir Kahlon said.
Mounties were called to the 12100-block of 62 Avenue about a 鈥渟uspicious vehicle,鈥� she said. 鈥淯pon attendance, police located deceased person in the vehicle.鈥�
