The Jaws of Life had to be used after a crash in Clayton Heights Thursday night.
Around 7 p.m., emergency crews responded to reports of a two-vehicle collision on Fraser Highway at 68th Avenue.
Police say one vehicle 鈥淭-Boned鈥 another.
Video footage shows emergency responders taking the door of a vehicle off to free someone trapped inside.
Police say three people were taken to hospital but none had life-threatening injuries.
Most were checked out for 鈥渨hiplash style injuries,鈥 said Sergeant Dale Carr of the Surrey RCMP.
鈥淐harges have not yet been laid as the crash is still under investigation,鈥 Carr added. 鈥淎lcohol is not considered to be a factor. According to witness accounts it appears one of the two vehicles failed to yield to the other.鈥
Traffic was snarled along the highway as crews worked at the scene.
