More than 200 members from as many as 15 Vancouver police specialty sections have been working on the case, Chief Adam Palmer told reporters Wednesday.
The relationship between the murder suspect and the victims 鈥 if any 鈥 is unclear, Palmer said, but investigators believe Kam is the only suspect.
Kam was born in Hong Kong and came to Canada as a teen to Calgary with family before moving to Vancouver in July, Palmer said. He also has no criminal record or mental health history.
He is due in court in Vancouver on Nov. 14.
