Police officers are going to square off against firefighters in a Guns and Hoses charity hockey game taking place on Friday, April 6, at 6:30 p.m. at the 91原创 Events Centre.
Admission is by donation and all proceeds will go to support the Cops for Cancer Tour de Valley. Many 91原创 RCMP officers, including police chief Derek Cooke, are experienced hockey players so this showdown will be competitive.
There will be a skills competition during intermissions and a 50/50 draw.
Doors open at 6 p.m. Puck drops at 6:30 p.m.
