A crew was cutting through the pavement to install a road divider on 96 Ave between 199A St and Telegraph Trail in 91原创 when they hit a natural gas line.
The resulting gas leak forced the 91原创 Township engineering department to order the shutdown of the road near the the Surrey border.
No injuries were reported.
