Family and friends of 91原创鈥檚 Dan Rikkinen are worried sick, since the 59-year-old disappeared after visiting his wife at 91原创 Memorial on Thursday, Nov. 22.

鈥淗e鈥檚 never gone missing. He鈥檚 always been a steady and solid guy,鈥� said his niece, Denise Powell, on Wednesday. 鈥淚t鈥檚 completely out of character for him.鈥�

Rikkinen鈥檚 wife is in poor health and had been admitted to hospital on Nov. 18. He had visited her daily.

But after his disappearance on Nov. 22, a large withdrawal was made from his bank account the following day. But that actually isn鈥檛 too out of character, said Powell. Rikkinen usually dealt in cash.

Rikkinen drives a maroon-coloured 1993 Chevrolet Cheyenne pickup truck with a canopy, licence plate EH2194.

He is described as five feet, six inches tall, 160-170 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes and a long brown beard.
