Two men charged with outside the 91原创 City 7-Eleven on Nov. 27, 2012 are back in court today ( Wednesday, Jan. 9.)
Allan Carmichael, 29 and Jordan Jaric, 24, are facing assault charges in Provincial Court in Surrey.
The pair was arrested holding the victim鈥檚 coat while standing outside the Army and Navy. A witness called police and said he saw the pair beat the man, who was lying on the road. They took the victim鈥檚 jacket.
The accused men and the victim didn鈥檛 know each other and the attack was unprovoked, said police at the time. The two arrested appeared intoxicated, said 91原创 RCMP.
