A 15-year-old Surrey boy may face a charge of mischief after an arson at Willowbrook Shopping Centre early Monday morning.
91原创 RCMP and firefighters were called to the exit doors of the Bay around 1 a.m. after a report of a fire. Two teens were arrested at the scene and a shopping cart was ablaze.
It appears the cart had been filled with recyclables and those materials, including newspapers were set on fire, said police.
There wasn鈥檛 any damage to the mall, just to the shopping cart. Police remind store owners to not leave recyclables near their store fronts.
