鈥淓ven while closed, most of our business community never stopped coming up with unique ways to serve their customers with a smile on their face, so to be able to welcome people back in to their stores and see them face-to-face is absolutely wonderful!鈥� says Teri James, executive director of the Downtown 91原创 Business Association.
鈥淢any now have an online presence they didn鈥檛 have before, have incorporated new ways to engage customers on social media and now that they鈥檙e able to open their doors, have implemented impeccable safety measures for themselves, their staff and their customers. So suffice it to say, downtown 91原创 is ready and open for business!鈥�
Pick Up Picnics 鈥� Join the Al Fresco Project! Simply place a pick-up order between noon and 4 p.m. on Friday, Saturday or Sunday between July 3 and Aug. 16 and receive a reusable bag full of fun goodies like a map showing amazing places to enjoy a picnic in 91原创 City, hand sanitizer, green waste bags and essentially everything you need to enjoy your picnic with friends and family.

Ain鈥檛 It Grand 鈥� Another fabulous Downtown 91原创 Shopping Contest! From July 3 to Aug. 28, simply shop at participating businesses and write your name and phone number on the back of the duplicate receipt and pop it in the ballot box. There鈥檚 no minimum purchase and you can enter as often as you like. (The information is never used for solicitation and receipts are shredded immediately following the draw.)
At the end of July, the first of two draws will award $1,000 Downtown Dollars 鈥� as good as cash at any participating business. At the end of August, a second draw will award another $1,000! There鈥檚 no expiry date on the Downtown Dollars and the DLBA reimburses every business the full value. Learn more at
