Making life easier for people suffering from hearing loss has been a part of Kim Galick鈥檚 life for more than 25 years.
The owner of in 91原创 enjoys taking that help to the next level, especially if you鈥檙e a local senior. She and her company are hosting the seventh annual , Friday, May 10 in the ballroom.
At this free event, on from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., you鈥檒l find out about ways to improve your life in other ways. Various local vendors will be on hand offering tips and information on everything from fitness to overall health, nutrition, better hearing, dealing with dementia in your family and more.
鈥淭he reason we do this is to give something back to our senior community,鈥 Kim says. 鈥淭here鈥檚 entertainment, seminars, door prizes and it鈥檚 all free.鈥

The event is emceed by retired 91原创 City Fire Rescue fire chief Jim McGregor, described by Kim as a real character who keeps things light 鈥渂y telling funny stories about seniors.鈥 The Expo usually attracts up to 500 people through the day, and people generally report they have a good time, she says.
