Stepping into the showroom, guests will be immediately struck by the then and now: a classic 1989 鈥渨oody鈥� Grand Wagoneer, complete with that iconic wood panelling, and the state-of-the-art 2022 Grand Wagoneer, stylishly redesigned for today鈥檚 drivers 鈥� and passengers!
鈥淭he iconic Wagoneer has returned as the most technologically advanced and refined vehicle we鈥檝e ever had, so we鈥檙e really excited to showcase it,鈥� says Anthony Wiseman, general manager at .
With more than a dozen rolling off the lot already, buzz around the Wagoneer is building, he adds.
The 2022 Wagoneer offers standard seating for eight in three rows, with an inviting interior and features designed to pamper all passengers, including a tri-pane panoramic sunroof, digital screen seat adjustment and climate control. And yes, there鈥檚 even a little wood trim inside that harkens back to those 鈥渨oody鈥� days.
In addition to the driver information screen we鈥檙e accustomed to, the Wagoneer boasts available interactive touch screens and entertainment options for passengers. Other distinctive features include a secure, lockable safe, rear-seat monitoring cameras and power-deployable side steps.
In fact, with so many innovative features, you really need to come down and see them, try them and experience them in person!
That鈥檚 exactly the idea behind next week鈥檚 event, Wiseman says.
Guests can expect an event befitting the Wagoneer, with a full guided walk-around of the vehicle, refreshments and some special event pricing: $2,000 off for those at the launch.
鈥淚t鈥檚 been immensely popular 鈥� people love the luxury of the vehicle, with the fit and finish and the technical features; it鈥檚 in a totally different class,鈥� Wiseman says.
And of course, there鈥檚 that hit of nostalgia: 鈥淲e鈥檙e going to have that blast from the past and the modern version of what it looks like today,鈥� Wiseman says. For longtime Wagoneer buffs and modern converts alike, that alone will be reason to celebrate!
