91原创 fell 1-0 to Cavalry FC on Friday night, July 26 at Willoughby stadium, winding up a victory-free three-game home stand.

Ma毛l Henry scored the match鈥檚 lone goal, his first of the season after returning from injury.

After going undefeated in their first three matches of the season in 91原创, VFC are now winless in four straight, including two losses and one tie in three home games in a row.

Eagles now rank fifth in the eight-team Canadian Premier League regular season standings.

Vancouver FC head coach Afshin Ghotbi speculated the team is more relaxed when its on the road, than at home.

鈥淢aybe going away we feel less pressure,鈥 said Ghotbi. 鈥淚 think we see in this league at home, you feel like you have to attack, you play more open and teams sit and they played more more organized and more disciplined and they get you on counters.

鈥淚 think maybe it鈥檚 better for us to go away and maybe take the pressure off and try to get ourselves back in a winning way.鈥

Injuries and suspensions have certainly hurt, with Ghotbi reiterating how important players like Moses Dyer (injured) and Vasco Fry (suspended) are to the success of this team.

They will try to do that next in Halifax, looking for their first-ever victory at Wanderers Grounds on Monday, August 5.
