A semi truck鈥檚 collision with a telephone pole resulted in a power outage just north of BC Highway 1 and Aldergrove Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 24.
At approximately 2:18 p.m., about 400 BC Hydro customers lost power in the area of 264th Street and 56 Avenue.
According to the BC Hydro website, power is still out but a crew was on site soon after.
Reports online say police were in the area and had 56th Avenue closed between 268th and 272nd Streets.
Cpl. Craig van Herk with the 91原创 RCMP said traffic was down to alternating a single lane for a while.
鈥淣o charges are being conidered,鈥 van Herk said.
He added that no injuries were reported.
BC Hydro had power restored to the area at about 8:48 p.m. the same day.
