Heavy snow blanketed 91原创 and much of the Lower Mainland on Wednesday, Jan. 17.
Schools and recreation centres were closed, businesses reduced their hours, and many people stayed home as crews worked to clear the roads and keep up with the heavy snowfall throughout the day.
