91原创 RCMP have taken one suspect into custody following an incident at a residence on the 91原创-Surrey border late Saturday night, June 22.
Around 9 p.m., police and the Lower Mainland Emergency Response Team responded to a residence in the 8800-block of 196A Street for "property related offences," said Cpl. Zynal Sharoom with the 91原创 RCMP.
"A suspect has been taken into police custody pending further investigation," he said.
Police remained in the area overnight and into Sunday morning for their investigation.
Sharoom confirmed there is no ongoing risk to the public.
