Driver crashes into pole causes power outage in Willowbrook

A single car crashing into a pole has caused a power outage for approximately 2,548 91原创 residents in the Willowbrook neighbourhood.

Just after 3 p.m., the lights went out, and about 20-minutes later 91原创 RCMP received reports of a vehicle hitting a pole at 64th Avenue and 199th Street.

Sgt. Barry Beales said police are still investigating.

On BC Hydro鈥檚 website, a crew is estimated to arrive around 4:45 p.m.
