91Ô´´ RCMP had a section of 216 Street closed due to a crash involving one vehicle on Saturday, Oct. 26.
At approximately 11 a.m., Mounties responded to reports of a collision on 216 Street and had the road closed to traffic between 76 and 78 Avenue both ways until 2 p.m.

At the scene a vehicle can be seen flipped upside down on its roof in the ditch along 216 Street.
"A passenger with non-life threatening injuries was taken to hospital and will be released soon," said Cpl. Zynal Sharoom with the 91Ô´´ RCMP.
Upon investigation, drugs or alcohol were determined not to be contributing factors. The cause of the crash was more likely due to "driver error," he said.
The road was opened by early afternoon.
