A contest for homeowners has opened up for nominations for one lucky winner to receive free windows installed by Centra Windows.

The 鈥淐entra Cares Home Renovation鈥� contest is accepting nominations until March 31 for its sixth annual contest to install free windows.

When a winner is chosen, Centra manufactures, donates, and installs the windows to improve the household鈥檚 quality of life, explained CEO Garett Wall.

鈥淗elping families is at the heart of everything we do at Centra. Seeing the difference we can make to those in need and our incredible Employee Owners donating their time to make it happen is always a huge inspiration,鈥� he said.

A previous winner was a mom of three kids, one who was battling cancer and another who had unexplained tremors, and couldn鈥檛 afford to replace her drafty windows which didn鈥檛 keep heat in during the winter months. After her brother passed away, the mother lost her much-needed home repair support.

People who want to nominate someone can go online to fill out the form at until March 31.
