A renowned Polish soprano鈥檚 voice will pervade every corner in the inner sanctum of the St. Dunstan鈥檚 Anglican Church in Aldergrove early next month. 

Vocalist Sylwia Karwowska, who is also a pianist, cellist, and music teacher, joins the Cantare Super Orchestram (CSO) for their presentation of Singing over the Orchestra in two showings Friday and Saturday, April 4 and 5. 

One of those performances is in Aldergrove, while the other in the Holy Rosary Cathedral in Vancouver. 

CSO, a newly rebranded touring music ensemble of the Chilliwack Symphony Orchestra, consisting of professional musicians and a chorus. Their mission is to bring the highest calibre of music to people on their own doorstep so that they don鈥檛 need to travel into the centre of Vancouver to access the highest quality shows. 

Promoters of the event at the Aldergrove church say 鈥渢he acoustics are stunning and the sight-lines are wonderful.鈥� 

CSO will present selections from Bach鈥檚 Passions & Benevoli鈥檚 Missa Tu Es Petrus for 16 voices 鈥� conducted by Paula DeWit.
