The ninth annual challenge gives 30 women in each city the opportunity to improve their health, fitness and self-confidence in a dramatic way.
Hosted by Shape Your World Society, this is a four-month development journey where women will receive free fitness training, weight-loss coaching, financial makeovers, organization seminars, business seminars, personal-growth classes and more.
The winner will also receive a grand prize that includes: a getaway trip for two by Shape Your World Society; a one-year gym membership with She鈥檚 Fit; a highlight video of the makeover experience by E.A. Corporate Care; a boudoir photo shoot with Tarra Lee Photography with free hair by The Looking Glass Salon and Spa and professional makeup by Shoppers Drug Mart; and an eyelash package, gel nails and body massage from The Looking Glass Salon and Spa.
