Editor: Since moving to 91Ô­´´ from Australia I am astounded at the total lack of self-preservation and road sense of pedestrians here.

Editor: Congratulations to those who represented all of us at the public hearing on Monday evening, March 19, concerning a slaughter house proposal to be put on ALR land. In 91Ô­´´ Township, 80 per cent of property owners get their water from wells.

Editor: I guess that Lois Jackson of Delta is the only mayor with guts around here.

Editor: It was disappointing to see the majority of council support a motion to defer any progress on a tree protection bylaw for 91Ô­´´ Township until 2019.

Editor: As the mover of the motion at the March 19 Township council meeting, I feel compelled to respond Mr. Cameron’s letter regarding his perceived ‘delay’ in responding to the request for a comprehensive tree protection bylaw for the Township.
