A young woman suffered a fatal overdose in 91原创 City on Saturday afternoon, according to RCMP and City fire officials.
Emergency responders arrived at an apartment on Eastleigh Crescent at about 4:30 p.m.

Fire officials did CPR until ambulance paramedics arrived.
Due to the woman鈥檚 condition, naloxone was not used.
The number of overdoses has continued to go up this year. Phentanyl and other high-powered opiates are killing drug users
B.C. Coroners Service report this summer showed that 780 people have already died in the first six months of the year, an 88 per cent increase over the same period in 2016. There were 978 overdose deaths in B.C. in all of 2016.
Local firefighters are heading to more and more local overdoses, as they are often the nearest medical responder.
