The 90s are coming back to the Abbotsford Centre in a big way next month.

Some of the most recognizable names from the decade are hitting the stage at the 90s Dance Mix Tour, which stops at the AC on Monday, Jan. 20.

The event features Milli Vanilli, 2 Unlimited, Haddaway, Turbo B from Snap! and Daisy Dee from Technotronic. MuchMusic icon Rick The Temp is the event's host and DJ Kav will lead the video dance party.

Milli Vanilli will be represented at the show by Fab Morvan, who along with the deceased Rob Pilatus, sold over 30 million singles from their debut album All Or Nothing. The duo won three American Music Awards, one Grammy Award and a Juno, but it was revealed that Morvan and Pilatus did not sing any of the vocals on those music releases. The Grammy was revoked, which is the only time ever that has occurred.

In 1998, Milli Vanilli recorded a come back album – Back and In Attack – but its release was cancelled after Pilatus died. The duo were the subject of a recent documentary and many of their songs have seen a surge in popularity due to the Netflix series: Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.

2 Unlimited have sold over 20 million albums worldwide and the Dutch performers are best known for chart-smashing singles such as Get Ready For This and No Limits. Many of their songs are still used as arena anthems today.

Haddaway is best known as the theme music for the hit movie A Night At The Roxbury. That song reached number one in 13 countries and has sold over 2.6 million singles. The German talent will turn 60 just before he heads to Abbotsford.

Technotronic has sold over 43 million albums worldwide and is known for the hit single Pump Up The Jam, meanwhile Snap! rocked the 90s with the smash song Rhythm is a Dancer.

Artists are expected to perform a total of 20 songs on the evening to make it feel like a classic 90s mix tape. For tickets and more information, visit
