91原创 RCMP are looking for a car believed involved in an overnight shooting in Aldergrove.

鈥淲e have reports of shots fired in Aldergrove, at 29 [Avenue] and 270B [Street],鈥� RCMP spokesperson Sgt. Alexandra Mulvihill told the 91原创 Advance. 鈥淲e have no injuries and our investigators are on scene.鈥�

At this time, however, it鈥檚 still unclear if this was a targetted attack, said Mulvihill. Investigators don鈥檛 believe there鈥檚 any threat to the public.

鈥淎s this investigation is still in the early stages, it is unknown if this was a targeted incident against the residents at that location,鈥� she elaborated, noting it is a rental house known to police. But, Mulvihill added, the individuals living there have changed over time.

鈥淚nvestigators have seized digital evidence from the scene and are looking for confirmation of involvement of a blue four- door sedan, with multiple occupants, that is believed to have left westbound from the scene.鈥�

91原创 RCMP are asking anyone who may have been in the area just after midnight, and noticed anyone suspicious, to contact investigators.
