91原创鈥檚 Jason Francis Wallace has been sentenced to six years in prison for drug offences while he awaits trial for murdering a Hells Angel gang member.
Wallace was sentenced after pleading guilty to a series of charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, and oxycodone.
On July 26, 2014, members of the anti-gang Combined Forces Special Enforcement Team raided a large home in the 4600 block of 236th Street.
Police seized drugs valued at almost $400,000, a large press, scales, and other equipment. They said that the drugs were linked to the 856 gang which originated in Aldergrove.
Wallace is also presently charged with second degree murder in the Oct. 18, 2016 death of Robert Keith Green, a 56 year old member of the Mission City chapter of the Hells Angels.
After the killing, on a rural 91原创 property off 72nd Avenue, Wallace was arrested during a roadside stop by Surrey RCMP officers.
He had a violent history in 91原创 before those arrests. In 2007, Wallace was charged with attempted murder at age 18 for the unprovoked stabbing of another teenager after a 91原创 graduation party. The attack punctured the victim鈥檚 lung.
Wallace pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, and during sentencing the judge accepted evidence that Wallace had cut his ties to the 856 gang.
By 2010, he was again being described as an 856 gang member after he allegedly tried to run a man over with a truck in the parking lot of the Aldergrove Community Police Office. Wallace鈥檚 charges in that incident were eventually dropped.
